A Manufacturing Partner
Sized for the Mid-Market
Most U.S. OEMs operate below the radar of mega-EMS firms and above the engineering ceiling of unspecialized shops. GPW exists for them — engineering-led, USMCA-compliant, and built to ship to spec from prototype to production.
The mid-market is stuck. Tier-1 EMS firms — Jabil, Flex, Foxconn, Celestica — route smaller programs to junior account teams or quietly decline them. Local shops can quote a part, but rarely deliver inspection reports, FAIRs, or material traceability without a fight.
GPW Closes That Gap on Purpose
We are deliberately built for OEMs that need engineering review, documented quality, and consistent communication — without paying for the overhead of a Fortune 500 EMS.
Two divisions: precision CNC machining and electromechanical assembly. One operations team. One PO. Same time zone as your engineers, two hours from Texas by ground.
Four Principles That Shape Every Project
These are operational decisions, not slogans. Each one shows up in how we quote, build, document, and ship.
Engineering Reviews Every Quote
Before pricing, an engineer looks at your CAD — checking tolerances, wall thickness, material selection, and number of setups. If we see a feature that triples cycle time without function, you hear about it before the quote, not after the invoice.
One Point of Contact
No tiered account management. The person quoting your job is the same person managing it through production. When you need an answer, you talk to someone who can give it — not a coordinator who forwards your email.
Documentation From Day One
Material certifications, dimensional inspection reports, certificates of conformance, and lot traceability ship with every order — not on request, not for an extra fee. The infrastructure to deliver this exists from the first PO, not after a customer demands it.
Audit-Ready From Inception
Quality systems, document control, and process discipline are built to pass a formal QMS audit from day one — documented work instructions, control plans, FMEAs, and full traceability in place from the first PO.
We're New on Purpose
GPW is an early-stage company. We won't pretend otherwise. What we will say is this: every operational decision — from how we structure quotes, to how we build documentation, to how we run quality — assumes that your audit is coming, and that the program will scale.
If you are evaluating GPW for a first project, expect to see this in the quote response: a documented DFM review, transparent pricing, a clear inspection plan, and a single named contact who owns the program.
We welcome supplier qualification calls and documentation reviews. NDAs are signed before any technical exchange. ITAR-controlled work is reviewed before commitment.
We did not pick Monterrey because it was cheaper than China. We picked it because structurally it is the right place to build precision parts for U.S. OEMs in 2026 and beyond.
Why Monterrey, Specifically
Nuevo León holds the highest concentration of metalworking, automotive, and electronics manufacturing in northern Mexico — the result of three decades of OEM tier-1 investment from the U.S., Germany, Japan, and Korea. The labor pool is deep, technical, and English-fluent at the supervisory level.
USMCA eliminates tariff exposure on qualified goods. Same time zone as Dallas, Houston, and Chicago. A part shipped from Monterrey at 6 PM lands in San Antonio before noon.
This is not a cost story. It is a logistics, talent, and trade-policy story. The cost savings are a byproduct.
