One Request. Machined Parts, Assembly,
or Both.
Tell us what you need — CNC machined components, electromechanical assembly, or a combination of both. Our engineering team reviews every submission and responds within 24 business hours with an initial assessment and, for machining projects, a free DFM review.
Tell Us What You Need
Pick what you are quoting and we show only the fields that matter. The more detail you provide, the more accurate our assessment — but if you are early in the process, a short description and a file are enough to start.
Thank You
Your request has been received. Our engineering team will respond within 24 business hours with an initial assessment. Check your inbox for confirmation.
What Happens Next
Your submission goes to our engineering team — not a sales queue. We review geometry, material, tolerances, and process or assembly feasibility.
You receive pricing and lead time. For machining projects with a DFM review, we quote the part as designed and with recommended changes, so you can see the difference.
Review the quote, ask questions, request changes. When you approve, we produce a first article for your validation before running production.
One accountable contact from quote to delivery — whether your project is machined, assembled, or both. No follow-up calls unless you want them.
Prefer to Talk First?
Not every project starts with a formal RFQ. If you are still exploring options or want to understand what GPW can do for your program, reach out directly.
One Accountable Partner, Two Capabilities
One contract, one quality owner, one nearshore contact — across machining and assembly. You never coordinate multiple suppliers.
Every machining project starts with a free DFM review. We quote as designed and with recommended changes — most shops quote without reviewing.
Same time zone as Central U.S., 2-hour flights, and USMCA-eligible production — fast logistics without the offshore lead times.
Documented inspection and traceability on every project. Every build follows documented workmanship and inspection standards, aligned to the quality requirements each customer program defines.
Machining flows through a managed network of vetted Monterrey shops — no single-shop bottleneck. Assembly is performed in-house. No minimum order.
No commitment. No minimum order. We respond within 24 business hours.
RFQ & Process Questions
What can I request a quote for?
CNC machined parts, electromechanical assembly, or both in a single request. Choose a capability at the top of the form and we show only the fields that matter for your project. Not sure which you need? Select "Not sure yet" and our engineering team helps you scope it.
How quickly will I hear back?
Our engineering team reviews every submission within 24 business hours with an initial assessment. A detailed quote follows once we confirm scope, material, and tolerances. Urgent projects can be fast-tracked — tell us in the description.
Does GPW machine parts in-house?
Assembly and integration are performed in-house in Monterrey. CNC machining is produced through a managed, vetted network of Monterrey machine shops — GPW owns the engineering (DFM), quality governance, logistics, and accountability. You work with one supplier and one point of contact for either capability, with no single-shop bottleneck on capacity.
What information helps you quote accurately?
A CAD file (STEP preferred) gives exact geometry. A 2D drawing with dimensions and tolerances covers GD&T, surface finish, and threads. Add material spec, quantity, and finish where you can. Don't have all of it? Submit what you have — a sketch with dimensions or a photo of an existing part works, and we ask for what's missing.
What is a free DFM review?
Engineering Support is GPW's pre-quote service: a free Design-for-Manufacturability review on machining projects, plus material-selection and process guidance. We quote the part as designed and with our recommended changes, so you can see where to improve manufacturability or reduce cost before committing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We handle everything from prototypes and pilot builds to sustained production. Tell us your quantity and frequency and we scope pricing to match — one-time order or recurring program.
What file formats can I upload?
STEP and STP (preferred), IGES and IGS, DXF, DWG, PDF, plus ZIP or RAR for multiple files or large assemblies. We also accept BOMs and spec sheets (DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX) and images (PNG, JPG). Maximum 10 MB per upload — for larger files, email them to sales@gpw-solutions.com.
Is my project information confidential?
Yes. Every submission is treated as confidential and never shared with third parties. If you require a mutual NDA before submitting project details or files, contact us and we arrange it before you submit.
